I am choosing to take the high road here. However, I need to vent and give some advice.
I purchased a part and paid through paypal to a non-business account. This goes as a money transfer and offers you no protection. The part was shipped via USPS. I have a pic of the receipt. Everything appears ok. However, the part can not be located by USPS. It was shipped Standard Parcel post( lowest priority available...read no priority).USPS has no idea where it is at and no idea if/when it will arrive. Bottom line I am out the money (greater than $110 and less than $1000). I do not have what I purchased and basically have no recourse in the matter.
My suggestions are the following:
1. Only pay with paypal when the seller sends an invoice. This does give you recourse through paypal.
2. NEVER use the USPS standard/parcel post
Sign me unhappy and no parts(as of yet)
