Ok I'm new to this built motor stuff so it might just be me. But my motor seems sluggish until it gets to 2200rpms then it's an animal. Like goin down the road 70mph I'm at 1500rpms and 3psi of boost so on a hill it just chugs and puffs smoke the egts are around 1300 up a hill and around a 1000 on the flats. I thought it was maybe a dirty maf sensor so I cleaned that and at idle it's 35gms at 70mph it's around 95gms. So I think my maf is fine. There's no boost leaks I've checked that with my boost leak testor. I'm stumped what's done to the truck is in my sig.

Nope I haven't done anything since I got it back from the engine builder. It's been like this the whole time. That's why I don't know if it's just me

Did you swap cams? Did you drop compression? Did you change the fuel setup? Have you logged it?

Yea it's has a wagler stage 1 af cam, 16.5 to 1 pistons, the fuel is 100 overs and dual pumps. I data logged it Mark sent me new tunes and it didn't change besides the turbos spool better after 2200rpms

Well throw my idea out the window. I'm sure if it is a tuning issue Mark will be able to get it squared away.

Turbo lag :roflmao:

Ha!!

I'll check again for boost leaks. How would you check a drive pressure leak or can you?

Look for soot on the firewall or around any connection point. I'd also pull the up pipes and look at the gaskets if I didn't see any obvious signs. If the gaskets have soot all the way out to the edges anywhere on them, that's a leak
