So how many have built motor (rods/pistons/etc) in their daily driver? And I'm talking full commutes and long mileage trips, not just a night on the town!

- Built motor , duel fuelers , 60's overs , gtx4202r
:roflmao::roflmao::roflmaorive? Yeah right... more like skate daily I bet that motor has seen the rev limiter more times than we can count.:roflmao:

Rev limiter? What Rev limiter?
I daily drove my built motor truck with an S475 single, then S480 single with 100% overs and dual fuelers. I ended up losing a cut and coated piston after about 12K miles, but at the end I was also spraying the hell out of it and knew the pistons weren't going to last. That truck is being "retired" to a strictly daily driver, but will still be a built motor with all the parts it had before, plus oversized Mahle High Performance cast pistons. The nitrous is off of it and it got downsized to a BatMo S366, should still be able to do 800+ but will very rarely get pushed that hard.
I also bought a Regular Cab to turn into a dedicated race truck and to keep myself from being tempted to beat on my DD.
Longevity will depend on how it's built, what kind of power it has, and how you drive and take care of it; just like it would on a stock motor.
Justin did you ever make a pass on that built motor yet?
