I got the install done finally. I haven't had much time to work on my truck cause I've been busy doing spring farm work. Now that the kit is installed and my trucks running I have a new issue. My passenger side head gasket appears to be leaking, close to the fire wall. I thought about doing head gaskets and studs with the install but thought I could get by and save money. Now I'm wondering what I should do. Maybe try torquing the head studs? I could use some help :confused:

Thanks guys! So I had a huge relief shortly after I posted about the head gasket. Turns out It was a torn coolant hose to the turbo and it was leaking down the back of the motor and made it look like it was coming out of the head. :didimiss: Took her for a spin this evening and that was sweet! I need to flash my new tunes still. I bet that will make a world of a difference.

I'm having a turbo vane issue. I can hear the vanes change position erratically and see them doing so also at idle at times. When I drive the vane position will go from 0 to 100%. My MAP reads 12 psi at idle so I tried changing the MAP sensor and now it reads 36 psi at idle. I now have a P0102 code. Maybe wiring or the mass air flow sensor are bad?
