x2 and make sure everything is working at its best. You would be surprised how much hp you can loose by a cp3 thats a bit weak or or something returning too much fuel

Since he had said bigger injectors I hadn't mentioned this, but you're right - fuel getting returned to the tank can really affect things. I just had a truck in here today that had "new" injectors installed by a shade tree mechanic (took 4.5 MONTHS:eek:) and when they got it back it had an injector knocking. While checking balance rates and disabling injectors to narrow it down I also played with pressure and the truck would only build up to 15K PSI. After swapping out the one bad injector and re-checking the balance rates and all the truck would hold the commanded 23K PSI at idle all day long. I didn't expect one bad injector to be able to drain rail pressure that badly.

Lol yeah had a buddy kinda did the same. put a FPR on, didnt fix it, put a CP3 on, didnt fix it, finally looked at the injectors and found two were returning more fuel than the CP3 could keep up with. He fixed those and magically it starts right up! I told him to check the return rates before buying all that other stuff, he doesnt like listening to me sometime :D :)hug: carter)

As already said, build that trans! This is why common rails are good, can handle the high fuel flow to a point ;).. If you want a bigger turbo i would go with the s366, good overall turbo that can support well over what you're looking power wise. Just make sure you do a lbz regulator. :thumb:
