he seems to have some decent ideas and concepts, but not good enough to warrant treating people on the forums this way. I would venture to guess that without forums he wouldn't have any sort of business to begin with. Everybody has personal problems, yet we still go to work everyday.

It's funny because if you check out the post about cranks is shows him posting 21 hours ago yet he can't help any of you guys out, would rather talk about cranks? This is why I have put off on getting one of his boxes. Not until he starts caring about his customers more. Smart guy, bad vendor.

Whats funny is that if it was another business with this bad of service he would be all over bad mouthing the situation. He must be too busy on DF giving people a hard time rather then take care of his business..

That's what really bugs me about this guy....his arrogant know it all comments. He has these type of reviews on all the forums, what warrants revoking his vendor status?

I think what makes this issue so bad is this ....

EVERYONE has a slump now and then. Most of us get our shit together suck it up and get back on the horse. I got no problems handing out a hall pass for a guy in a funk or rut or slump. But this dude has dished out the worst customer service for soooo long. Seems like every week there is another thread about him that was started by a member without tech support, or just hasn't received their item. Then this dude comes along to help him promising customers the world! Poor guy. Bet he feels like a tard right about now.

Yeah if he was more reliable I'd have a lock up box on my truck.

X2 id also like it for the unlock feature but ill just stick with my 5 dollar unlock switch! Although my bro got his box a month ago and had some questions that were never answered

the only reason people buy from him is the fact that he makes good stuff.....but thats no reson to not respont to customers. I would rather buy a box off a member here bc I feel they would prob give me better customer service then him haha:roflmao: but seriously the reason most of us buy these products from vendors is for the additional customer service or warranty if we need it.....seems like that is non-existent with his co.

He makes a good product? Rightttt that's why everyone and their brother posts shit all the time about issues with his products. Even brand new out of the box. Seems like a quality issue to me.

Ive txted Ben many times when I had trouble with my box and never had a problem with him getting back to me. My first box fried my TCM and I txted Ben right away and the next morning he had a new TCM and box headed my way while he took care of everything as the first box had a bug. I guess I can't say anything bad about him besides knowing some of his boxes are faulty. Other then that my box works flawless.

What's really funny is how this box was supposed to be the "only one that doesn't **** up, cause a cel, or lose reverse. Far supperier to that piece of shit fleece ally locker." I use the allylocker now and I've used a co pilot for even longer! They both worked fine. I'm suprised there hasn't been any legal action pursued.
