It is kinda sad to see such a new truck blow it's motor like that.... But it was remarkable how much power it made on stock hard parts before it let go. On the bright side, I imagine it'll get rebuilt better.

It'll be interesting to see what the Ford can do....

That was pretty cool. Now just wait for all the people complaining that their truck blew it's guts out the oil pan because they saw this one hold 1000+hp for a few seconds and figured 850 must be just fine.

In all honestly, I don't really understand why H&S is doing this. Kory is a better example on how far we can push a LML IMHO. Anyone can throw a bunch of nitrous on a stock motor and have it live for a dyno pull or 2. I just don't understand why their purposely trying to break the engine is all. More of a publicity stunt than anything. "hey we were the first" kinda thing, like they pulled with the LML 2 years ago with tuning, and the first to get bent over by the EPA :spit:
:roflmao: i laughed really hard at this

Cougar, they already did the Ford a few months back. Unless they have another one??

They stopped it at 884/1600 because the trans started to slip... they haven't pushed it to the same breaking point (total failure) as the LML. It will be interesting to see what the failure point is for the Scorpion.

Glad that purple trans held the power, cuz if it didn't, that would be the LOL.

I truly am impressed. I gave the LML 800rwhp before parts started to fail. As soon as I saw the 3rd nitrous nozzle being drilled in, I knew it was over. (3) .120 jets is insane amount of nitrous. Surprised the crank didn't break, HORRAY!
