A few other things that might not add any power but frees up restrictions-intake heater removal, drivers side manifold & fuel pickup
On #6 is that 32psi pre or post intercooler?

What is the fuel pickup on #6 is that a mod or did I read it wrong

disconnect the wire, tape it up, remove the heater out of the Y-bridge
use a intake heater delete or a 24valve cummins oil drain plug
it will throw a code when its below 50*, shut it off with efilive

Sorry, but what is the benefit of pullin the IAH? Does it restrict air intake flow or just disrupt it enough to remove? Will it effect cold weather starting?

frees up the intake, 2.5" tube with a 1" coil sitting in the middle
it was for emissions & makes no difference for starting

exactly correct. its pretty restrictive and frees up flow. also it makes no differance in start up in cold weather and that was made for emission to burn fuel more completely in cold weather.

only downside ive seen of not running one is in cold weather. lets say like 30 degrees F and below it takes longer to for truck to get up to operating temperature. which makes the truck use more fuel and hurts performance until its up to operating temperature. so when it starts to get cold out like now, i take out the plug and swap AIH back in.
