A few people have dynod 590 on fuel only with a stock turbo. With manifolds or headers and up-pipes as well as a downpipe they would likely have been over 600.:thumb:
Thats a good mod, less air restriction and no taping into stock tubes for a boost gaugeCould also use an AIH delete from CFM for a 7.3 powerstroke it has 1/8" NPT port to plumb a boost gauge http://www.shopatron.com/products/p.../part_number=23-002-000/1527.0.1.1.0.0.0.0.0?

fixed your spelling-gauges & recommend
modded regulator
A few other things that might not add any power but frees up restrictions-intake heater removal, drivers side manifold & fuel pickup
On #6 is that 32psi pre or post intercooler?

How do you remove the intake heater on an LB7

disconnect the wire, tape it up, remove the heater out of the Y-bridge
use a intake heater delete or a 24valve cummins oil drain plug
it will throw a code when its below 50*, shut it off with efilive

For free you can take the stock IAH and cut the coil off the bottom, punch out the center and drill and tap it for boost.
frees up the intake, 2.5" tube with a 1" coil sitting in the middleSorry, but what is the benefit of pullin the IAH? Does it restrict air intake flow or just disrupt it enough to remove? Will it effect cold weather starting?

it was for emissions & makes no difference for starting
