I am convinced I need shocks to improve my 60'. I think you might want look into them aswell.

I know nothing about back spacing and offset on wheels, but could too much offset or back spacing put more preasure on tie rods?
Best I can seem to get is a 1.8 60'. This is on the nitto 420 street tires, 305/50/20... Leaving around 13psi on the S472. Any higher i get the steering wheel ripped out of my hands.
Mine is not soft in the rear fwiw. Made many low 1.5x's on radials
