now, why not fab up a different location for the maf sensor, I dont like it being tucked under the curve of the airfilter piping, I think it should have been on top to get some airflow over it, I think it skews the IAT's because its so hot tucked in under there.
Haven't looked at the wires or sensor in depth yet. In the 5 wire gas sensor I would find the IAT wires, cut them and install a IAT sensor from a different GM vehicle out in front of the filter like we did in the Ta's and Camaros to get a colder air temp, it increases timing and fuel on a gas engine not sure about a diesel yet but I will find out. You want to be the guinea pig?
Well, it started and blew coolant on the floor not sure which cyl it is but someones not playing fair in there. Hopefully tonight I can get some pressure in the cylinders to find out who's going to be in time out. Sucks, said a few choice words but oh well, shit happens. I hope I just cut a cup o'ring when I put it together.
Larry this is a long shot but is your 5541 water cooled ? could it be coming from the charger if so ? Like I said a long shot but ??
