so far its looking like the GT42 is the culpret. Pressured all cylinders 3 times no bubbles in bottle. Bypassed the turbo lines after all coolant was blow out so far its not doing it anymore. God is good! Kids went for some fuel to see if we can fix the fass system. Thanks Trent, I was questioning everything I did and really forgot about the turbo. We will keep testing for a few days to make 100% sure and then see what we need to do.

Larry pressure up the coolant tank to 15 psi and leave it overnight.

Looks great! :thumb::thumb: Only one question, why do the freaking fuel lines run 6" away from the turbine of the big charger??? I had to work on a MPI twinned lb7 today and the fuel lines are starting to crack from the heat and it's been on for 4 months???

I am mr overkill, had it up 17-19psi for about an hour:happy2: It was just going down to engine level in the bottle-pretty much even with the turbo when it sat for more then an hour, now its staying where I left it.

Found the fuel problem, loose connection at the of the tank. Will spend some more pressure time with it tomorrow but last night it would not quit gushing out until it turned to steam, tonight, 2nd start no smoke, no coolant after bypassing the turbo. i will be saying a prayer of gratitude tonight!

Just a note on the side.
Trent and Nathan and Guy have been just awesome behind the scenes helping me and putting up with my late night calls and texts and just general stupid questions. Thank you guys for all your help.

It's always good to have people to talk too... Sometimes you know the answer but it's always good to hear it from someone elese.

So it's not leaking coolant now?

He is driving Blackie now. had to take it from me. I had to put in the stock seats since I didn't get the brackets made for the nice ones. Even put the ugly tan in back-looks funny with grey in front tan in back and black headliner and carpet:eek:. Oh well, he needed it for some work then I will get it back to finish it. Runs strong but I told him not to go past 3 on the dsp 5. Still says its "scary" so maybe we finally got the truck where he wants it, needs a little fine tuning for towing but other then taht so far he is happy:happy2:
