now, why not fab up a different location for the maf sensor, I dont like it being tucked under the curve of the airfilter piping, I think it should have been on top to get some airflow over it, I think it skews the IAT's because its so hot tucked in under there.

Haven't looked at the wires or sensor in depth yet. In the 5 wire gas sensor I would find the IAT wires, cut them and install a IAT sensor from a different GM vehicle out in front of the filter like we did in the Ta's and Camaros to get a colder air temp, it increases timing and fuel on a gas engine not sure about a diesel yet but I will find out. You want to be the guinea pig?

That sounds like a plan, you think you can get a used sensor............

Finally got the Titan tank installed an the new Fass system as well installed last night, all new hoses, and wiring hooked up. Will pick up some fuel on my way home tonight and try to start her up. Wish me luck. Its been apart since Feb/March so I hope everything works well. I will put the tune in it when I get home and see what happens, if all goes well then I can finish the inside and it will be done, at least until we blow up the 6 yr old Suncoast and have Mike L build us a new one:D

Sucks, said a few choice words but oh well, shit happens. I hope I just cut a cup o'ring when I put it together.

Its not but the GT42mag is and I have wondered about that. I think I will bypass it tonight first. I have thought that since the first time it did this. I did everything by the book this time, no cutting corners, followed the gm spec and arp specs to the letter, even spent 2 hrs looking for the right "loctite" stuff for the cups. I am baffelled but I will find it!:thumb:
