Hauptstrasse Helles, aka Mainstreet Light, from the Fredricksburg Brewing Co. in Fredricksburg, TX. It's so good once it hits the lips.

What seems to be the officer problem?

While on vacation n Houston, TX I've tried a few new beers. One wasn't too good, the other two were quote enjoyable.

First was a St. Arnolds. Not sure which one but I couldn't bear it. It was a bit too bitter and oatee. Second was a Texas native, Shiner Bock. It was good and more like regular domestic pale ales. Yummy. Last for now, and most enjoyable is a New Belgium Fat Tire. The friend I'm visiting says they were more in the western US but are now becoming nation wide. It is an amber ale i guess and was what I would call a light beer. It wasn't heavy tasting, or bitter or wheatee nor oatee. It was just smooth and went awesome with my fettuccini Alfredo at the Cheesecake Factory.

Just thought I'd share.

Sam Adams Imperial White

Rouge Dead Guy
or
Arrogant Bastard Ale

That Knob Creek small batch is good stuff! had a that on the rocks last night. Took me about 45 min to sip my way through that.....

My heaven.....a hammock, a sunset, a good cigar and a glass of knob creek.

It'll kill me but I'll die happy.:D
