I see you said 50=100% vane and only 5 - 6 lbs of boost pressure?
The highest I've logged is around 10psi ( on the gauge ) I also saw in that article something about safeguards so you won't float valves... That's interesting, any thoughts? I sure hope I don't float mine, I've had it for a while now with no issues... Knock on wood.:rofl:
I'm assuming (that we should never do) that when it shows 100% braking the vanes are completly closed. I'm not too worried about valve float with the brake when I run 32lbs of boost just jumping on the freeway.:driving:
Valve float is more of an RPM related problem. As long as you don't pull too many RPMs, you shouldn't have a problem. Since the stock trans brake pulls the RPMs well over 4k, I think you'll be fine.
