Just curious on why you say that? Is it from the 630hp that he said hes making, or the nitrous?

As a general statement, anything over 600hp is considered thin ice for the stock LBZ+ motor. Pistons are a crap shoot regardless. :thumb:

I would not recommend pushing to this level unless you have a plan b for the bottom end or another vehicle to DD. this truck is my hobby/toy so I just have fun with it.

Actually Russ, you'd be really surprised how understanding some wives can be. I think they start to understand that this is our hobby, and for the $$ invested, its dead serious business.
Mine sure shocked me with her reaction when I told her the rods were bent in my engine. All she said was, "Do what you have to do to get it back running right." Scary....

And the lb7's durability is probably a bit lower aye? Say 550hp
