Are there any words or phrases or fads that make you cringe when you read them or see them? If so, let's hear it. Here are a few of mine off the top of my head:

Murdered out
Rims (specifically people calling wheels rims)
Roll coal (that phrase is like fingernails on a chalkboard to me!)
Dirtymax
Huge LED light bars, especially when mounted on the roof
Stanced (I don't particularly hate the wide wheels that stick out way past the body. I think it's a little ridiculous and would never do it to my truck, but there are more unattractive fads out there. I do, however, hate the term, and I especially hate it when people combine the wide wheel look with stretched out tires.)

I'm sure I have more, but that's the current top of my list.

Jacked up: I hate trucks with more than 6" lift.
Slammed/laying frame
Tranny: this word makes me want to punch a Mfer out. Used to calling it a trans I guess. seems most calling it a tranny has no idea what their talking about and shouldn't be working on vehicles.
I say stance quite often but never stanced.
Blacked out: black headlight cover/tinted and along with front windshield tint that's on top and bottom that leaves 4 or so inches to see out of. That's stupid.

I'm going to get more upset reading all of this bad english than "fads". But I'll chip in.

-Nawz. Hate it, just say juice / spray / squeeze / throttle in a bottle. Anything but nawz.

Also not a fan of blacked out trucks.

'2nd gen kit' or '2nd gen conversion'. You did not convert your truck to a 2nd gen by changing the manifold and putting a s300 or 400 on. Thank goodness.

People saying when they run a 366 or 466 thats it's a '2.6' turbo.

Flat bill hats
"frog wheels" -- the ones that stick out from the fenders like Josh said
stretching small tires on wide wheels
thinking "performance" is an 8 in lift with an Edge Juice or Bullydog tuner

in other words, anything that you see in DP Mag, of or related to "diesel bros" show, or to do with the "diesel ricer" subculture.

"built cummins"
"built duramax"
"built powerstroke"
Everyone on craigslist claims their trucks are "built"..... whatever

"does it roll coal"
"how much hp does it make"

Cummins guys.....
Is the pump turned up?

Is it the 53 block?

Is the dash cracked?

Any rust on the body?

"Build" - consists of slapping a leveling kit on or wheels and tires and saying here look at my build. Like please you changed 32 lug nuts. Lol.

The word "Dirtymax" makes me want to punch babies.

Euro plates

Teenagers in 6.0 Fords with straight pipes

Anyone driving a Duramax with a giant D on the rear window.

Light bars

HID bulbs with no projectors

Blue/purple headlights

Different colored parking lights

... I feel so judged and dirty now... :spit: Guess I should pull the "dirtymax" badges and the Dmax sticker on back window.
