Yeah, I thought he was a pretty nice guy. I talked with on the phone many times about Dmaxes, and exchanged emails with him. I think I met him in Texas at the Nationals, not sure. When I mentioned I knew him on the TDP thread the producer contacted me, and I declined an offer to be interviewed.

Why? The story is about how greed caused the death of an innocent man and destroyed two families. It has nothing to do with diesel hotrodding. I only knew Ari as a hotrodder.

Met him once. Complete wolf in sheep's clothing cause you wouldn't have guessed him to be that story. Insane and quite sad. Did they get his wife for anything? She surely had to be in on it!?!?

Wow, I heard a lot of the story awhile back, and I rember the Dateline lady asking for info on the DP, but that pretty much told it all. Pretty sad.

I hope the insurance does pay, and I hope they hand the check to Justin's family, instead of Denise.

Hopefully Denise Squire dies a terrible, long, drawn out, painful death.....
She was definetly in on it IMO.

Took 3 hours to stream it but I finally watched it:

A sickening sad story......

He went with a bunch of us to dinner at Indy in 06. Seemed a little "eccentric" or "off" I thought, but you never imagine somebody doing what he did... Crazy.

If you read this thread http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=222884

It goes from condolences on the first page to calling him a POS on the second page. Talk about opening up the lions cage.

I watched the show and IMO it was done properly as it was all about the poor victims and the loss of their son/brother. BUT the civil suit is questionable as money wont bring back their loved one unless they use the money to help bring charges against his wife as there is NO doubt in my mind SHE KNEW the game plan.

Hopefully she will be charged with accessorie to the murder. She's a real piece of work there

Money wont bring him back, but the kid had a dream to make a lot of money, and I am sure he would have supported his family if he ever did make it big time. Like I said the insurance should hand the family the check, rub it in her face a little too while at it. I know she knew about the plan, but it took a lot of planning to make it look like she didnt. And whats with the close friend thats suppose to get a million of the insurance money....nothing odd there? "hey man, If I ever die, I'm giving you a mil cause your a good friend" WTF, my ass, I think there was a lot of work involved in this and there were other people involved, Ari could not pull that off alone....
