Anyone have a rear main install tool that I can rent?

I have been known to take a seal down the the local hardware store & search the plumbing section for a PVC or ABS pipe fitting of appropriate size. Add a cap or plug if you wanna get fancy. The last one I made cost about $6, not bad for a tool I will likely never use again. :)

Well damn it your that sob whytry was talking about. :) Not a bad idea, but not sure I was risk it on the rear. To me it isn't about how many times I use a tool, it's about the finished project and if I'm going to have to redo it. Hell an extra $150 is cheap for repairs now a days.

you can you a small dead blow if your really good or don't mind buying a few seals till you get good haha. Nice having access to a machine shop to build this stuff. hmmm i see a market.

WOW!!! :eek: I was going to suggest the same seal driving set as I have that one to from HF. DEM ARE SOME BIG SEALS!!!
