I would prefer an inconel turbine to a billet steel turbine are you sure about the material used?

The 84mm wheel is a good wheel, I have seen it used as a clipped 3.0 wheel. The backside is pretty impressive.

I think you will need more fuel.

I was told the cheetah has the inconel turbine. Which is better for heat. I believe. But back on topic. Has anyone run this setup and have input as in power, weight of truck and et's?

The wheel is inconel, I have the turbo in question but only as a single. Really like it though FWIW. I plan on running dual pumps and 100 overs as well, but only aiming for the 700's on the stock engine. For as much as the modified VVT's cost though, if I decide to do twins again I'll sell the cheetah and go with 366/483. That's a lot of money wrapped up in the valley charger only to have a more restrictive exhaust.

I'm going from a big single to this set up. Never had twins and always wanted them so this setup should all allow me to play and use my truck a little more now. I'll rock this setup for a bit and if I want to go fix again it won't be difficult.

The vgt exhaust side is going to be your choking point. You have plenty of compressor.

If you are just racing I would consider an s400 in the valley and a wastegate

I realize the vgt will be restrictive, but have also read on here ppl with 3794/s483 60 overs I think, dual pumps do 950 so the should do no less and drive awesome.

Well absolutely. I saw you were into drag racing and assumed it was a race only application. If you are driving it on the street I am sure it will be great.
I misunderstood your intention.
I had a vgt compoud setup s482/71mm with 45% overs. It had some high drive pressure and I eventually broke a crank, but it drove great on the street and made close to 4 digits on the dyno.
I was big single for a while and now I am back to compounds and a vgt, but I made some modifications to reduce drive pressure. I am still testing them to see how well it works out.

I agree with above statement, if going twins, both fixed geometry... S366/s480... I wouldn't waist the money they charge to put any larger compressor in an s400 frame, the 96/88 turbine doesn't have the flow and spools slower than a Garrett gt55, get an 88mm gt55 or 85mm gt50 in journal bearing. My s366/s480 setup spooled much faster and pulled harder than my cousin's Bullseye s468...not to mention towed 10 times better.

You are correct the 96mm tw does not have the power to drive the larger compressor wheels I agree.

I notice you love that garrett :)

Did you adding a gate?

I run Holset now, by Hart's, only way to go for pulling...

I only have one Garrett in running condition, it's a gt45... And I have a gt55 that we damaged years ago, that turbo is the most impressive box turbo I've ever seen, with 91mm compressor it spooled like an s480, lol...
