Another pump bites the dust

At 1,000 miles so far, trucks done a fair bit of idling working around the fields and the OP I made last year that was the reason for the pump going out, I made that same run yesterday just for spite and didn't get hot not one time, the cooler and pump combo seems to be the ticket.

Do you have a picture of your cooler setup? My steering box is starting to weep, and I think I'm gonna try a flush+plus stop leak+plus a cooler before throwing dollars at a Red Head.

Also, would there ever be an issue of keeping the PS fluid TOO cool? Might be a nonissue

I can get a pic when I get home. IMO the cooler the fluid the better.

It's a half ton trans cooler mounted above the factory trans cooler in the factory holes, looks 100% stock.

Yes still stock box, it's holding up fine, the play I thought I had was in my intermediate shaft, the blue devil took care of my small leak.
