Well just came home from camping an lost the bearings in the bd never went above 1300 degree egts an its starts whining after I got rid of the trailer (I had only had I off maybe 5 miles) it wouldn't build boost the stopped whining then building boost the would start whining again lose boost so I pull it apart in my driveway an there are grove cut into the comp housing wheel looks good but I can move he shaft in out. Side to side up an down sounds like crap when I turn it bearings sound shot to me piece of shit anyway I had one sled pull an some street playing an that's it wtf!!!

I thought I read that you had the 1st one go out after your rebuild was done.Thats the only bad thing with having other post within a post lol.

I know the kit I sell is a S366 in the supermax kits not sure if that makes a difference.

I don't want to put the price out there since Trent sent it to me in a PM. But is was a S466 with everything you needed to install minus the intake but he said he could do one if I wanted. You should still be able to tow with it

Join the club buddy, I went through 2 of them as well. They are junk and I do not believe they are made for any real power...I question their 500 or 550 hp claim.

Sorry to hear , I had good luck with my BD , i wonder what they have changed in the last few years ? As far as the S400 , give me a shout I can put one together cheaper than the BD kit I believe, depending on a few details of course .

Yup mine sh!t the bed at 1100 miles after I just built my motor:( even worse it blew 2 gallons of oil out the stack covering everything in the bed of my truck:mad: To make things worse I had my brand new 2010 CRF 450 in the back with 1 ride on it:mad::mad::mad::why-me::mad:...... Not to mention my intercooler got plugged with metal filings:rolleyes: In the end after 6-8 weeks (I forget exactly) I finally got a new Replacement from BD,,, Its still sitting new in the box and in my garage because I am nervous to put it back in my DD.... After reading this I am really having seconds thoughts about using the BD s300 (Supermax) in my upcoming twins.... Sorry to here you lost yours and good luck getting a replacement,,,, I had to re-inerate about 5 different times I was under the 550hp rating BD gives this thing,,, JFYI, It dyno'd 509whp and according to my EFI logs never made over 36lbs of boost:rolleyes: The warranty guy over to BD told me "technically I pushed the turbo to hard" running it that close to its 550hp rating and it should not be covered under warranty:rolleyes: My response was if anything you would think you would under rate these turbo's potential:confused: whats the sense of selling a performance turbo that cant substain the abuse or HP/trq #'s a stocker can:confused: Sorry for rambling on in your thread but I feel your pain buddy
