Air filter for twins (im picky)

So my airaide is on its last leg.

Anyone know who makes a 5" ID cone filter that has more than one layer of cloth? something along the lines of 2-3 layers would be prefered by me. the airaide did ok but its not filtering as well as id like. A UMP filter setup would be best in my situation but i dont have the room to run one. I need something that will hold up to dusty conditions and frankley, ive not seen a dry cone filter do well there so im sticking to oiled. K&N are only single layed last i looked but that was a while back. Suggestions?

AFE dry flow here. They have a section on their site that you can make a filter to your specs.

No dry filters for me guys. They don't filter out desert silt

I ran a custom fenderwell intake on my TBSS that placed the filter in the brake duct cooler to pick up fresh air from the bumper...it worked great but HAMMERED the filter in less than an OCI...

ALL THAT to say, I put a K&N dry sock around the filter (large K&N cone) and I drove that rig 10k miles before I bothered to check it (it was a real PITA, lol) and it was practically perfectly clean still...no bugs no mentionable dirt/debris to speak of...in fact, I think I drove about 25k miles before I took the filter out again, and it still looked awesome!

Just food for thought!
I'd get one for my Banks filter/intake if I could find one that fits and I'll probably never run anything but an oiled cotton filter with a dry sock from now on, its a very efficient filter set up

id love to have one but UNI doesnt make one big enough. that was the first place i looked. i ran them on my turbo samurai, my tracker i have now, my dirt bikes and quads, and have thought about swapping the sand car filter out to one but the 3 layer CBM filter i have (looks like a K&N) has yet to let anything through.

the big stuff isnt really an issue nor is cleaning it every 3k when i change my oil. I run a sock on my sand car but thats to keep a bulk of the sand from sticking to the filter right off the bat. i need to be able to filter silt out and if you watch any Baja racing, you will see what im talking about. it will plug a filter with just one deep silt run but i dont go that far in. a sock wont help that. my current filter has a few spots that light is about to show through.

This is the AFE oiled filter that I have had for several years. Never had any issues with dirt on the inside.

That's one thing I was gonna mention too. The intake tube no longer had ANY silty/super fine dust in it, after using the dry sock...

Anyways, just sharing bud...I know you've got a ton of experience to draw from
