I've never tried a 7 layer, you'll have to let us know if that big altitude compensator sucks it shut :thumb:

yeah we shall see! drive her to work today. ill do a couple WOT runs on the way home.
well after 1000 miles, it still fully intacted. seen 50-55psi total boost towing and going from 1000ft elevation to 8500 and back without issue as well as a very clean intake inside. it does have a bit of a whoosh noise when you first start building boost which made me think i had a boost leak but after fixing a few that i found, its still there and only happened after i installed it. very happy with it and well worth buying

No, I purposely got rid of that. The option is there for the smaller ended one but crap packed up too easy in there on mine
