Hello all,
I had purchased a Suncoast Gmax 6.3R Kit and did alot of reading and research before I took this on. I visited with George from Suncoast and many others and was very careful to clearance everything out properly. I followed the Suncoast directions spec sheet and here is what I had:
C1: .090 GMAX
C2: .075 GMAX
C3: .072 GMAX
C4: .072 GMAX
C5: .183 - This is alto power pack measured off instructions from the tab in case to apply plate.
The trans was built before with an old Suncoast Kit with 0ne sided Carbolites in the C3..... You know the rest. Hydraulic mods were the Suncoast Gmax and Transgo Jr.
The Converter I had from the first build was a Precision ML. I liked the converter and used to run it with my Compound setup. I am now stock but plan on at some point going back to compounds. I sent the Converter into Precision and had them do a cut / clean and also had them install billet stator and raised the stall speed to 2300. When I got the Converter back I got a Sled Puller 2300 303538-HSP. The Converter brake stall speed seems way high.
The problem that I am having is the converter will not lockup @ all anywhere. Not in tow haul not wot after 2nd nada. I logged a bunch of info on this with v2 and was curious on what you guys think.
Also Trans has 700 miles on it now. I changed the spin on and looks fine.
How the hell do I load a log file on here? LOL.
