Ddp, even with 50% nozzles I made over 1000 at 2700us. I don't see the need for more.

It never hazed at idle just antything over 25% throttle and it would haze. 50% were great for a truck that does it all, egts still tried to get warm though.

that sounds a lot bigger than 50% over lol. who knows. I'm only making 850ish rwhp on 60s with somewhat conservative tuning

Well it's been a month since I've updated, however it's been a slow month  Got my heads, keyed cam, and all my powder coated parts back. Bearings and rings showed up thanks to Henry from Creatures of the Night! Whole assembly is getting balanced right now. Plan on starting to build hopefully next weekend! And I think I have decided on doing 60% injectors. I know I'll make enough hp with them to make me happy.

I think you made a good choice on the 60 overs. I'm running 60 over Exergy's, I've never dynoed it but I do trap 123-124 which certainly puts my power up there and I'm running more fuel than I need to do it. Can't wait to see it up and running!

Thanks guys! I was sitting around having a few drinks and someone finally asked how much I had into it. First time I added it up :barf: Hopefully this is the downhill slope of it. Damian that sucks to hear but hey it happens for a reason! Just means we both may be racing later this year!

All my parts are back!:happy2: Finally making some headway. And seeing Brian's truck up and running has really got me motivated! Last night I got the crank installed and all the pistons assembled. Boxing up the injectors tonight and getting them shipped off to Exergy. I'm shooting for installed in the truck by the end of next weekend!

I would do at least 100 over injectors. I have 175s in my daily driver big single. It has a haze at idol, but you built the motor, kind of a wast of money to not take full advantage of it, imo. The haze is my only bitch about them for daily driving, and boy do they move some fuel on the big tune! I also used my stock rebuilt heads, hamilton springs, stock cam, s475 DBMW, ppe dual fueler, made 912hp on danvilles dyno. good luck to ya!

People around sea level don't realize how much effect altitude makes. You're at about 5,000' elevation? Daily driving with 60% over injectors is more than enough and even then, and even on lower tunes, it'll still smoke.

45's can go 10's..

175% over is a bit much for whats really needed to make 900hp..

my 100's don't haze at all.

X2 for people not realizing what altitude does......however more and more trucks cleanly driving big sticks...tuning has gotten pretty darn good.

Well what's he going to do when he wants more? Send them back in to be redone? Just trying to give a little feedback of what I have, and how it works. im not saying smaller injectors are useless, I just don't like to buy things twice. I suggested 100s or bigger, and you just said yours don't even haze. I would think if he ever wanted more power he should do 100s at least, right? Sorry I went to big with mine for you.
