I've been north of 625 and have made over 150 passes under 12.5 in my LLY. Buddy of mine made two passes in his LBZ right after his twin turbo install and cracked a piston.. Truck was only on a 550 tune. But it had a lot of abuse prior to the twin turbo install. High egts and drive pressures on the stock turbo.

Some will take it, some wont. You wont really know until you try.
Does your CP3 drop rail on your higher-hp tunes at this time?

As for HP, I guess Im one of those "negative" guys. ;)
Its your truck, so you can do what you want....just have funds for the rebuild (or another engine) ready for when the engine does go.

I am unsure of what it did for rail pressure as I got it as a rolling chassis

I'd like to learn to tune myself but not on this one lol who do u suggest for tuning?
There's a bunch of good options. Where are you located? It's nice to have someone close if possible.

Won't the stock cp3 run low on pressure running that far over?

Yep. Thats the point. The stock cp3 serves as a limiter, so to speak. That being said, I still cracked a piston with a stock pump. If you can keep your DD tune around 450rwhp, only crank it up here and there, and have your tuner de-torque the tune down low, it should live a long life.
