My truck stalled out.......the 3.0 trucks spun out. They had a good bit more power.

Come on man no work stock or 2.5 stuck is gonna come close to a well built 3.0 truck. If the inbreeds down the road are building the 3.0 trucks then ya maybe, but 3.0 trucks around here are 1400+hp at leasstttt.

I've pulled a bunch of places around the northeast and I can honestly say my stock turbo/injector truck keeps up better than I expected. On our best track of the year the ranch hand truck came up and won I was only 25' behind him I believe. It all depends on the track and if they can hook all their power. But I will say when I've gone out to northwest PA and Maryland the 2.6 trucks put a lot more distance on me and mine was brought to its knees.

I pull against 2.6 trucks here in Indiana and get my a$$ handles to me..no way I would hook 3.0. You def have something figured out up north..

The sled had 2 sets of diggers. So yes I was a bit off in 3.0 class at 15' back.
But it was a heavy sled and we got it moving pretty decent.
But in the end I needed twice the power.

I was happy with the setup. And I could tow and use the truck for dd stuff just fine.
