Just the hone job ain't expensive...I have heard its best to send the entire injector in to get flow tested and balanced so one does not spray more fuel than the others. That being said I am goin with exergy to do my lbz 60% over. What's everyone else opinion?

Can they flow test them? Do you send the whole injector? Would they test them at WOT thru idle? I want to extrude hone to do mine but I wasn't sure if they could do all that for me...
Extrude Hone does not have the equipment to test anything that you have listed... Exergy does, lots of "big name" shops use Exergy and rebrand them "their" injectors.
Not saying what you are is wrong but their website DOES say that they flow test each injector to balance. Maybe they're lying so they get more business and then that way they eventually ruin the company. Or maybe I read it wrong.
What kinda cost would I be looking at for 60 overs with my stock sticks going with Exergy
Just call Exergy and talk to Gregg but be prepared to learn a lot about common rail injectors.
how is it physically possible for you to send them just your tip and then claim they are balanced and calibrated? Each injector is different which is why Exergy calibrates and flows the tips on your actual injector. IIRC they can flow the tip but at not even close to operating PSI... I wouldn't put just larger tips in my truck but my injectors also have 50,000 miles on them. For $1200 its a good investment to know they are as close to accurate as they can be.
