I would also add that even though you can get your set done for the 12-13 hundred range it is worth your money to either have yours tested by them before the process to make sure everything is stable or start over with some Bosch remans. If not you may get as set that doesn't last long.

Can anyone tell me how long injectors stay balnaced after this special high priced testing is done?

Ya it's a great feeling for a certain amount of time! But how long especially after the amount of pressure some of you guys insist on running.

The minute the inj are ran, they start to decline. It's not rapid but it happens. I couldn't put a timeline to it.

There are other options to exergy that can hone & balance The entire inj at 26k operating pressure (& anything else you want with the injectors) if anyone wants to shop around. ;) hit me in a PM if you want a contact.

I've had a set ran three different times after the initial flow and balance and each time they came up with numbers nearly identical to the initial balance job. This occurred over a 50k mile time frame. In fact the last time the injector was starting to white smoke at idle but still had a good balance even though it wasn't stable across the spectrum. This set was a set that had only 12k on them when they were over sized. That is why I stated you need them tested before if they had any use on them because of the likely hood there may be a problem that would shorten the life. I learned my lesson about not assuming they were good just because they were fairly new. This set was not done by Exergy. They were extruded by Extrude Hone and balance by another company. Exergy did check them the last time when they were worthless.
