Hit 50,000 miles today in my UPS truck, took 48 weeks to get there. Not too bad for ~200 miles a day...
Only issues so far have been when the EGR motor/system broke, which flooded the exhaust with soot, causing 3 regens in 3 weeks (normal is every 3000 miles or so). Truck was down for two weeks for that.
Only other thing is how fast this truck burns off rear tires. Im on my third set this year. Better that than having a truck break down all the time like my previous one (Workhorse chassis) did.
Otherwise the 6.7 Cummins/6spd Allison has been flawless, and the truck is still solid. Runs like a SOB, and is relatively quiet, esp on the freeway. I can hear myself think in this vehicle.
