This is a problem Jmaz. If you dont vote for someone then that just gives obama the upper hand. Lots of people like you are the same way but if you do some research you should vote! If you dont like either candidate you dont just NOT vote you vote for the party you belive in democrat or republican wheteher or not you like the actual person on the podium. Are you happy with the anti christ in office now? If you are vote for him if not vote the other way. You dont have to like anyone just vote vote vote for who you hate the least
I'm certainly not saying that I'm a huge Obama fan, but if you think that I desire an over-privileged trust fund baby running it think again. Maybe we should all remember American Motors, PanAm, Eastern Airlines, and Delorean and see how they would like Mitt. that's enough ranting:thumb:

I appreciate your kindness, especially that which is given to my daughter. I have some of the same concerns. However, for me, I'm truly sick of the filthy rich getting richer at the hands of the poor. The largest segment of our population is becoming poorer and more needy the more that corporate America has power. Back in the day it wasn't like that because the workers had the upper-hand and the was a form of respect given from Executive Boards. Since Jr.'s compassionate conservatism took effect corporations desire to keep the worker poor. Mitt will make sure exploitation flourishes, and you can see it in that cheesy, fake smile of his.
I understand your point, and also god bless your daughter, but you are the minority and not the majority, because unlike the "majority", you feel ashamed to ask for help, and In your case you actually needed it. There were systems that we had before obama's healthcare bill that were made for circumstances like yours, but they were harder to use and abuse. There are too many loopholes that obama has made that allow the "majority" to take advantage of the system, and they will take it, because of the feeling of self entitilement.

Every American was born with equal rights. Some choose to strive and obtain wealth, others are ok with being average. You cannot sit there and say that the guy, who has woken up at 5:30am every morning, and gone to work all day constantly striving to better his business, needs to share his earning with those that chose to drop out of high school and refuse to get a job.
Wealthy people are wealthy for a reason. They have made sacrifices that others have not, they have taken financial risks that other wouldn't. How does it make sense that the people in the top 5% of the tax bracket, account for over 60% of the money the federal government gets from taxes?
Obama shares the exact same anti-colonial views as his father. He believes Americans are no better than anyone else (despite our god given rights). He doesnt believe in the same ideals that our founding fathers believed in. He pushes equality. America is not about being equal, its about being free to strive and prosper without being held back by big government.

I don't understand all the hate for Romney. Don't we all want to get rich? Have you ever been employed by a poor person? How long did that last? If Romney lives his religion, he then has to pay 10% on all his earnings minimum. Look up what the mormons do with the tithing they bring in and tell me that he is stepping on poor people to get to the top.

Those that are rich whether they worked for it or inherited it or dug it out of the ground somebody worked for it all be it physically or mentally and they are 100% entitled to it!
So since these filthy rich are in the minority the majority want them punished for their accomplishments. The Robin Hood philosophy is a poor policy!
Bottom line there is just to much waste in spending at every level. Just like every bill that passes like portions of the health bill there is SO MUCH under toe garbage written in to BUY votes that any good it can do is washed away with the add ons sweetener pork barrel what ever you want to call it.
Thats why our economy sucks globally, as our debt is to high the dollar is weak and each and everyone of us so they say is $50,000 dollars in the hole to pay off the federal deficit! So get a second mortgage on your upside down house and mail it in to Uncle Sam ASAP!

Obamacare is another way to tax the people and control medicine. Now the government decides who gets help and who dies. They cant even run the postal service let alone health care.
Obama is a Socialist, in order for socialism to work you need 90+% of the people dependent on the government for everything. We all know this system does not work. You cant have 1% of the people paying for the other worthless 99%.
If socialism is ever implemented you can kiss the American Dream goodbye. The private sector will be all but destroyed and forget about being your own man and doing whatever you want. My father started a business in our back yard in 1997. Today his company is worth millions. Socialism does not support this kind of success. Not to mention that now we get to pay high taxes to support those who are less fortunate. Some may need it but the majority are just lazy, dependent, entitled, wastes of skin and air.
For this I feel that if you are a true red blooded American there is no way you could ever vote for Obama. As far as I see he has done almost nothing in 4 years. What he has done has cost the American people lots of money. He has had to buy his way into almost every vote for your Obummercare. Look at what Pelosi said, "lets just pass it and then we'll read it!" Look up what else is involved with Obamacare. ****in Scary! Obama, Biden, Reid and Pelosi are so far out of touch with what America really needs.
Government run health care is the last thing we need. Allow health care to cross state lines. Put in a checks and balances system so that the hospitals can not over charge the insurance companies. Its like 10-1 vs. paying cash. Rediculous! Make everyone pay taxes! A flat rate of 10% would help a lot. No more being on government subsistence for the entire year plus get money back for taxes you didnt pay! Its time to make laws that make sense! And actually back these laws up. America is on a bad road and your Obummer is driving the wagon.

People forget that our economy is driven by small business. They also forget how Obama's policies and "change" effect small business the same way it affects large corporate companies, however our small business' cant afford these taxes like the corporations can. So all thats left to do is lay off employees. Unemployment goes up. Then, those that are now collecting unemployment learn that they are making more sitting on the couch then they were making working 30+ hour weeks. Now he has ditched all ideas of finding another job because he has learned how easy it is to work the unemployment system.
Money that a company saves from lowered taxes would go directly towards employing more people! Why you ask? Because the people that own that company know that the sky is the limit, they want growth, prosperity, wealth, freedom.

My mother got sick several months ago. She was hospitalized for 6 days. When i saw the bill that the hospital was going to send the insurance company, i shit a brick. Her 6 day stay costed $53,000. Once the hospital found out that my mom did not have insurance, and was private pay, the bill was magically $14,000. Thats the problem with our healthcare system.
Bush was not a conservative at all. The media might claim that but a conservative believes in smaller government. I havent really liked any president since I've been voting.
Also, how did you like Obama giving $500,000,000 of our tax dollars to Solyndra(sp?) and them along with a bunch of other green companies went bankrupt? That money sure would've been handy for me a few times.:thumb:

IMO, as someone on the outside, you can't vote for any of the clowns you guys have running for the presidency/re-election and love america.
I think Obama came into the presidency and walked into a shitstorm mess left from the donkey that was running the country before him. Not much he really could have done different. But his proposed changes and views he has to try and impose change are a little far fetched and un-realistic or really morally sane.
He did get Osama though!:thumb:
I'd put in a vote of non-confidence and find better candidates to run if I were you guys.
