I just ASSumed I better use a check valve so the lift pump wouldn't pressurize the Perma Cool filter...The line from the tank goes to one inlet on the filter, the other inlet is plugged...One outlet feeds the lift pump, the other outlet feeds the bypass line w/ the check valve...I used a "T" fitting to connect the lift pump outlet line with the bypass line...Under low boost, the CP3 pulls from the bypass line and when boost exceeds the Hobbs switch's setting, the pump turns on to feed the CP3 and the check valve becomes active...It's been a long day, hope this makes sense...
