THIS THE LATEST ON THE 10 SECOND LMM
You guys assumed nothing was done to the stock LMM...
Took out the factory LMM assembly. Had another LMM assembly purchased with 380 miles on it (truck was totalled) sent it off to be completely re-done. Balanced, blueprinted, arp studs, extrude honed heads, engine done by a close friend of the family (Morgantini Racing Engines) who also does the engine work for a family member who was an NHRA drag racer (Joe Amato). I did not cut corners on this truck. Also having a good friend over at Honeywell Garrett worked out lovely in the situation.
The EFI Live and the Banks 6 gun are stacked together and also used for diagnostic. When not at the track mild tune goes in and banks takes over.
I will be down at Capitol Raceway this Friday night with the truck if anyone wants to come by again and take it for a drive.
Yes there is nitrous involved with the 10.9 times... No nitrous - 11.35 -11.60 consistent.
The 20-30 passes were in the 11.35 -11.60 range with NO nitrous.
With nitrous I ran 4 passes at 10.9x
