About half of these were set this year I can't imagine what this list is gonna look like in another year. It is crazy how far along diesels have came so quick.

No doubt, Tom. If I was building a purpose built race truck, you better believe it would be a full size truck. All I was saying is with a claimed race weight of 2800 lbs, I expect the times to drop quite a bit.

wooooowwwwww 2800lbs whats that a little more than what a vw beetle weighs?
according to duramax math thats 590hp @ 2800 lbs to get a 9.02

He says he is having clutch slipping problems, leaving with no boost, and the nitrous isn't working. As long as he is able to get the chassis setup figured out, he should be able to get very low 8s out of it. If he is able to get the power most of the full size trucks on this list are running, it should be pretty deep into the 7s.
