Refresh my memory, what all has been done to this truck?

Duramax/Allison swapped 1/2 ton 4wd with mods in sig. 10 bolt rear end with a true trac. Chris did head gaskets & studs. Other than that it's a stock 194k mile LLY. I added a 150 shot since my 10.93 run.
