The setup is looking great. Post back when you get that converter built from Goerend. It’d be nice to have another option for 4L80 builds

Yes sir, it is a Firepunk prebent 8.50 kit.

That's what I've heard, guess I'll be going that route. The IC tubes aren't done or even started so it is pretty simple to do, I just need to either order some new clamps or use transitions at the outlet of the valley charger and at both sides of the intercooler (I have all 3" vibrant vanjen clamps here for the build).
The 3.5 HD clamps welded right to the intercooler. I’m using a Wagler intake that came with a 3.5 inlet.

I ended up going to DDP for my entire high pressure fuel system on this truck. Flux, at this time, is unable to do LLY injectors in the size I required for this truck. Lenny and Skyler got this set knocked out in 4 days total from the time of me saying "I need a set" to "Hey, they shipped". We ended up at ~451mm3 average @ 1700us/180mpa. Lenny has told me this set can run up to ~220mpa reliably without issues but based on the flow sheet I won't ever need to run there but who knows, it may be a good way to gain some flow if we don't want to change duration.

Initially I had planned on running the new Industrial Injection 14mm stroke/9mm plunger XP pump but it is not available at this time and it appears that it will not be availible for quite some time yet so I've gone to 2x 12mm pumps but I am putting the second pump where the AC compressor typically would be to give myself the compromise of two pumps but no added pulleys. I will be making lines to where the valley CP3 will feed the passenger side rail and the belt driven pump will feed the driver side fuel rail. This should give me a much more even distribution of fuel and result in a much more even fuel pressure across the system VS forcing all the fuel for the passenger side injectors to come through the crossover line.

I'm running their injectors, two of their 12mm pumps, their 240mpa rail pressure sensor, and finally an S&S 240mpa single stage relief.

I want to see those things flowing some fuel through them on a test bench. I bet it looks like a fire hose...
BTW I received my Pump. (y)

One way to find out. They hit the fuel target nicely and are very responsive in the sub-2000us range which is EXACTLY what we were after. This is one subject I don't know much about so I leaned heavily on DDP's and my tuner's knowledge of the desired fuel quantity for my goals.

Yeah, I wouldnt know where to start with that. I would love to see the spray pattern on those Vs. a stock injector on a flow bench though. I bet the difference is huge...

I would imagine. My old 250%, for comparison, flowed approximately 515mm3 @ 2800us/180mpa. Assuming fuel delivery is linear isn't a great answer but if we do, that would put them around approximately 312mm3 @ 1700us/180mpa whereas my new injectors are ~451mm3 at 1700us/180mpa.

Everything came in today, things are getting closer to completion! Once the truck comes back from the chassis shop the mad rush really begins.

Before anyone asks, yes I will be blasting/painting the frame. I didn't have time to get it done before it went the the cage shop so I will have to deal with the cab/cage but it'll still look lightyears better.

Well this project is certainly going slower that I would've liked. The truck is finally done at the cage shop and I am picking it up Saturday morning. I also received my front shock mounts to go to a coil over from a gentleman on Instagram (he's going to be coming out with these for mass sales soon it sounds like) so I can run a 12" spring up front.

I also received my FASS 2x 290GPH pump. If this pump doesn't do what I want then I will be going to a 5GPM+ gear pump from Aeromotive and calling it a day. The FASS makes life easy with filter/reg etc all in one but we shall see how it works.

I will be using the motion raceworks steering column and their quick disconnect wire system.

I have the same driverside seat bracket for my corbeau seat. Havent installed it yet, but i will when the truck is put back together.

It's insanely comfortable. After sitting in the truck for about an hour the other day I will say I didn't feel like I was going to get uncomfortable on the long drive portions of race week which is very reassuring. What seat are you going to run?
