Ignore the dirty garage, there's quite a few projects going on in there. We're finally making good progress on the triple setup and have just the CAC plumbing and the aluminum crossover from the S300s>S400. The exhaust side was by far the hardest part of this job. The current plan is to NOT put a v-band on the exhaust side as to eliminate any leak points but if installing this pipe is darn near impossible I'll be putting a v-band in it to ease in installation/removal. It'll be close to the firewall but when we measured from the back of the pedestal/up-pipe connections to the firewall it clears.

The atmospheric turbos are mounted on a stand and can be removed with 1 bolt/removing the oil lines/piping. We did it this way so that the drains don't have to be resealed every time the turbos are removed since they come off as a pair to help make it easier to work on. The FICM will be relocated to the passenger side fender near where the OEM airbox was to get it out of the way since this kit is tight (we placed the fuel line/rail in and it is approximately 1" from the line). A small heat shield and with everything on the hot side being ceramic coated/wrapped I am not concerned with heat.

Well some things got extremely delayed. DHD has had my 4R100 case and SoCal conversion flexplate for ~4-5mo and BTS has had my trans on order since ~July/August. I've made the decision to try a 4L80e from Twisted Diesel. I'm going to be putting the truck on a diet (as well as my pizza loving self) with the goal of sub-5k race weight and mainly running 5.90/race week. I know if I turn the truck up to run low 5s it'll likely burn some clutches in the 4L80e in short order but hey, that's what the off season is for.

With that I've already acquired the trans/converter, GM 10.5, 3.42 gears front/rear, and an NP241. I need to still order the IMS rear hub kit, spool, and axle shafts.

A 10.5 in these trucks!? How dare you! Lol. Do whatever you need to get that truck running. Parts and supply issues are such a pain in the a** right now. Definitely would be a monster though running triples and under 5k weight

Between a friend of mine and a guy on Facebook I'm in a dual caliper IMS lightweight hub kit for under $700 (not including shipping). Dual caliper is overkill but it certainly never hurts to have some extra braking performance, especially on a chassis dyno or if I don't want to pull chutes.

Remind me again, is this going to be a full frame truck or are you willing/able to go tube chassis for the backhalf? front tube chassis?
So currently I will be running full frame for this season with single leaf/coil overs. This off season I am going to a tube back half.

I'll be hanging the bedsides, gutting the dash/interior, removing all AC components, fuel cell, gutting the doors, things like that.

Well, the 4L80e is here thanks to a local guy who sold it to me. It was built 11/21 and has Sonnax aermet shafts. RIght now I've got a Precision converter for it but will be working with Goerend on helping them get their 4L80e converters off the ground.

We've made some large strides on the turbo setup. We've still got to do the merge pipe from the S300s to the S400 in the valley BUT the hardest part is over. A good friend of mine is doing the heavy lifting on the fab work, I just hold parts and supply beverages. We will be doing the CAC piping once the engine and turbo kit are in the new chassis as a ton of things are changing in the engine bay and we don't want to have to make them twice.

The FICM will be moved over to the passenger side fender near where the airbox was which will make everything nice and neat.

Got the final pieces of the puzzle done. The CAC plumbing will be done once it's dropped into the new chassis. I haven't decided on 3" or 3.5" CAC plumbing. @Ne-max, didn't you guys see some pretty large gains going from 3" to 3.5" or am I losing my mind again?

I forget, Did you end up getting a pre bent from some one?
Yes sir, it is a Firepunk prebent 8.50 kit.

I noticed a difference is going with 3.5 driver and pass side tubes.
That's what I've heard, guess I'll be going that route. The IC tubes aren't done or even started so it is pretty simple to do, I just need to either order some new clamps or use transitions at the outlet of the valley charger and at both sides of the intercooler (I have all 3" vibrant vanjen clamps here for the build).
