You can get the PSC unit. Just everything else is a crap shoot. That's why I gave up trying with rock auto and napa.

I got one of the ones from eBay a few months ago, but the seller I got it from doesn't show it anymore. I guess I got lucky. I wish PSC would make their box with the 3 groove spline. It would make it a no-brainer.

I agree. But I guess they wanted to keep it universal for the 1500's guy's. When I called and inquired about why they don't offer a 3 groove they stated they had done way more 4 groove boxes in the past so when the new box was available, they just decided to do 1 unit. The person I spoke to said it didn't make financial sense to have both based on there numbers in the past. They have to buy so many in a shipment plus the floor space to store them.

The ebay seller for the 4 bolt version I got won't give me a return label and says I have to pay shipping upfront and they will reimburse me. Got a quote for $833 to ship it back to China lol. Might have to dispute with Ebay.

I would dispute it. The part does not match what is being sold.

That will be the next step I have to wait until May 3rd to do so. I see they updated their ad of the steering gear. It now includes a picture of the 4 bolt LOL
1 picture that they added after the fact. You purchased Prior to that change. That is deceptive and there are laws against it in the US. ALso Ebay can see they made the change after. There is no disclaimer saying it's a stock Photo or that the one you receive may be different than what is pictured.

So I just looked at the 2 different sellers and they are same person/company which I had suspected, but this just confirms it.
Seller name autoparts-xinyue and xy-autoparts both edited the listing with the 4 bolt top now.

Best Parts21 didn't change there listing as of yet and it still shows a 6 bolt top.

So i have the same setup in mine and have been tracking down soft brake pedal for years now . Psc gesr and p/s pump. Lml hydro, new stock m/c, kryptonite stainless brake lines, new gm abs proportioning valve, new cardone calipers gm pads and rotors. All this has been done in stages. Trucks stops great but pedals always been soft. I plugged my m/c outlet ports and the pedal is rock hard. So its after m/c. Kind of gave up, my last thought is my original calipers and the new calipers are somehow both shitty and letting my pedal be sloppy. Ive gravity bled, vacuum bled, pressure bled, automated bleed with scanner All a million times (literally rand like 3 gallons of fluid through the system) so theres no air. Anyone else had similar issue with a fix or any insight

Did you bench bleed the MC when it was changed out? It took ALOT of pumps with mine by hand while it was in a vice to get all the air out.
