    Hey I am trying to figure out what route to take, my diesel performance guy said the injectors are bad on my 04 Duramax, it has 162000 miles, it is a LB7.     new guy here, old chevy guy!

    Thanks guys, I didn't expect such quick responses! It is a LB7 and it has 161,893 miles on it. The performance diesel guy said there was bad injectors and said to take it to dealer, that is when they said no its the pump! So I'm not real sure what step to take now! Any help or suggestions...

    Thanks, Question, might not be right place for this but, here it goes. Is there a way to test the injection pump to see if that is what's bad or if its the injectors? Had a performance diesel place say it was injectors, dealer said it was pump!!! What do you all think? Engine light comes on...
