    Also check wiring going to the fpr. I had a situation where it would test fine unhooked and loose signal when connected. Happened to be a broke wire in side the sheathing at the plug.

    One broken head bolt

    More than likely that head gasket is toast where the broken bolt was. Your going to have to replace that gasket or your just throwing money away.

    Have you tried to reload original tune again? What is your tuning procedure when flashing ecm? Lb7's can be finicky and may require fuses be pulled to certain electronics to cut down on "noise" over the data bus.

    Just put Cooper discoverer at3 on another truck. I haven't ran the stt pro's on anything. Not sure how loud they are. The at3 handle very good, and were a little over 200 per tire. I get around 55-60k miles.
