    Isnt there a ground stud behind the interior drivers side fuse panel cover mounted on the body? As far as the turn signals, I would check the bulbs. Ive had brand new bulbs be bad and cause funky issues.

    Does anybody have the latest death rate percentages for the U.S.? It would be interesting if there was a large fluctuation in posted numbers. I've seen right around 3% for the U.S.
