    The standoff is not threaded like the ones on the back of a computer these are pressed in. I will try to post a pic later.

    My question is, On the Hypertech III tuner (older style) where the 9 pin connector screws into the top of the hand unit, one of the little female threaded things that the cable screws into fell out. I can still screw in one side but, I was wondering if anyone had this happen to them, and if so ...

    I notice that while accelerating, not hard but, maybe 1/2 throttle the shift 4-5 feels kind of sloppy kind of like slip-clunk? Mike L. seem to think its a tuner issue? Mike what can I do about?, anyone else have any ideas? My truck has everything in my sig . ANy help....please Jlew

    If I was to take the truck in to have the computer reflashed will they see the hypertech tuning on there? or, do they just reflash it

    I went to put my truck back to stock and the programmer said "code 24 corrupt flash memory call hypertech" What am I suppose to do? My stock program is in the programmer! Is the programmer bad or is it my truck:confused: PLEASE HELP I DON'T KNOW WHATS GOING ON!!!! JLEW

    But I took my blocker plate off so I can take the truck in for warranty work because I am still having that surging problem and it seem like it runs better with the plate off:confused: The surge is still there but, the power seems smoother or maybe it's this central valley heat getting to me!
