It actually stays pretty clean without to much work. I had a black box bofore the white one and it was way worse. Was definitely a little nervous at first though.- LTmax

cannot license?
yeah i was thinking about just uninstalling it all and starting over. -

yes thats correct i then turnned the key off started the countdown then turnned the key back on and clicked license button. it goes through all the warrnings and then says it can't license this controller. -

Ok so i got through the instructions bobo posted but when i hit refresh it says firmware version is ok. What is the latest version? here is a screen shot if it helps. -

so i got efi live a couple days ago and got everything installed on my computer. then I updated it with the newest stuff on efilive.com. it all seemed to be working good so i downloaded my stock tune and then just to start i changed my speedo for my tires just to change something simple to make... -
Laptop?
I use a mac for all my other stuff. Really pricey but well worth the money. I had windows on it at one point with bootcamp and the hard drive split but it never really seemed to work right for me so i got rid of it. Really wish efi live would work on apple OS but i think it will be fine if i use... -

yeah i definitely agree on buying a decent laptop. big believer in you get what you pay for. As for size i was thinking like 14" i dont want something to big but if i have to use a netbook for more then a few minutes i wanna throw it. there just to hard to use for long periods of time -
