Only code I got so far is the P0401 EGR code, so apparently I either didn't get it shut off or I turned off the wrong thing or need to turn something else off.
For some reason when I updated it and did all that it did not update the cable to the software or whatever but I got it to work.
I went in and just shut of the EGR system, is that all I have to do
I have been getting maf codes also, I didn't want to shut it off without knowing what I'm doing...
I did what was said and it says it wont configure, so I went into v8 and it configured and then sent me back into v7.5 and when I click on the arrow it does the same thing again.
I must be missing something.
I just got the efi live and could use some help just getting started for now I need to disable a egr, the egr cooler went bad so it has been removed and now I need to shut off the cel (egr) and the P0101 is coming up from a A/M intake, so I would like to take care of that also.
If someone...

So I thought maybe the egr was sticking causing problems, deleted it and same F ing thing.
But the egr cooler was bad and I think that might have been the cause for the other mech to replace the head gaskets (pressure coolant), all this is prob a result of a bad egr tube.
But I'm still not sure...
I have a 06 LBZ,
Not mine but it ran good and had bad head gaskets, so another shop did the work and screwed up doing the head gaskets, mech didn't adjust valves #6 intake got messed up.
I went it found the problem and fixed it,
Now, when you run it down the road it feels almost like its in...
If I should post this somewhere else let me know please. Not real familiar with the site yet
