    maybe the rcmp or the wire harness is shorting between some of the wires engaging more selenite than it should. did you use the same Neutral Safety Back Up switch for both transmissions?

    Be careful that when the engine goes from high RPM to low RPM like during a up shift the drive pressure can spike. The engine isn't pumping air fast enough and thereto surges.     Air in the system can contribute to both of those issues. Remember that a dual friction clutch is made to engage harder than stock.

    I think pilot forces the main injection to occur later. So there is a retarding effect by keeping pilot at higher RPM's therefore reducing rattle.
