    So the truck makes less torque with the module on than it does off. So warranty is still good :roflmao: Problem I did notice is the maf reads lower and is all over the place with the module on. I’m guessing the turbo is choking itself trying to make more boost. I did notice the vein % is higher...

    Depends what pistons they are, now would be a good time to put fingers pistons in and have those injectors checked.

    That’s not what caused it. Do you know how much pulse the tune had? Was it just one or multiple pistons

    Find a new mechanic if he can’t figure it out. You’re dropping rail pressure, injectors, cp3, fprv, fuel lines, pick up in tank all need to be checked

    It could also be the caliper flexing. A good aftermarket would help that.

    Even from going 37mm to 38mm it definitely takes more pedal effort to stop the truck. Probably not enough for anyone to notice but I like having a solid pedal and not having to move it as far to get the truck into abs. I do think the 40mm will be too big, but we’ll see I might like it.

    But how much is too much. With an upgraded power steering pump it might work. I do agree we have to balance stopping power with pedal effort.

    That’s what it sounds like. Pop the valve cover off and see if it’s adjusted right.
