It is something vibrating. Just start grabbing thins with your hands while it idling and see if it goes away. Maybe you are starting to get an exhaust leak
I just saw this post. My distributor carries these converters. I have put them in numerous trucks and they work really well. I have them in trucks around 400-450rwhp and customers like them. They are a single disc billet covered converter.
You need the tccm and wiring for it to work. I don't think you need to flash anything thing else besides the tccm with the vin. Tccm= transfer case control module
