    no boost gauge rite now. i tried to plumb one in from the shop but couldn't find the correct fittings. used my snap-on souls and watched fuel and boost while driving. fuel desired 159 mpa actual 163 mpa and boost measured 73.8 inhg which i converted to psi and it came out to 36.24 psi. taking...

    yea the fuel pressure is around 22-23k psi. ill try to get my v2 in it tonight and record some data. we sent the radiator and charge air cooler out to be flowed and tested. everything checked out good but ill check it again. in theory....if i was loosing boost wouldn't it smoke pretty healthy...

    We bought this 02 1 ton new and she blew the gaskets at about 60k last year. So we put new grade c gaskets with arp studs. Cleaned all cups and put a new set of injectors ( from fuel injection shop that we use for work). Put everything back together and it runs like a sowing machine...

    And is it possible to just bust the exhaust housing loose, pull the compressor housing and center section out of the truck? Leaving the exhaust housing mounted to the truck? I've had a ton of 6.0 stroke turbos apart. But they are slight easier to get off.

It shows 40% all the time an will only go to 44%. Doesn't change sound or anything. Elevated idle sounds like a cummins with that deep roar idled...

    It would clean up on the outside. Take some time but I think it would look good. Needs the tailgate. Looks like they ran the nose of a gooseneck into it when hooking up. The inside.......if you washed it out the floor would be mud. It's just pretty dirty. But I don't think it's damaged that bad.
