    Thanks. My son is a huge ironman fan so that was the inspiration. Here's one with it on the motor.

    I used an epoxy primer and a single stage paint....I think it should be good.

    It would be cool to have a set of each for side by side comparison to see if there is a trade off between weight and traction but sadly it's not something I can afford lol There is probably someone here who can answer that question though....

    Resurrecting a dead thread here with an update: if the stars align this week motor will be going in on Saturday. Of course we will be planting May 3rd unless it rains earlier that week.....

    Sequestration was the Obama administration's idea in hopes of getting taxes increases and when it didn't happen they hit people where it hurt with cuts. The government spends over 3 trillion dollars a year. Sequestration triggered 85 billion in spending cuts which is approximately 8 days worth...
