    Got an old starter? Weld to gearin its engaged position, take the back cover of and weld a large hex bolt or nut onto the back of the starter shaft. Or something like that.

    Does anyone know what plug is in the coolant tank for the level sender? I am using a different type of float switch and I want to plug that switch into the plug on the wiring harness on an 04.5 LLY.

    You can get grade 10 or 12 from McMaster Carr. Or you nay be able to use grade12.2 metric bolts in 16 mm for 5/8" and 19 mm for 3/4".

    Unplug 1 thing(relay, glow plug module, etc.) Until the trucks shuts off through the ignition switch. Something is feeding power to the ECM.
